Are we boiling yet?

Anders now weighs 6lbs 8oz. Another ounce and he will weight what his mom did when she was born. He has been cleared to bottle feed as many times as he show interest per day rather than the three times max that had been in effect. Anders was moved from his suite to the main room. They have to prepare that area for H1N1 cases, should any arise. Let me be clear, there are currently no cases at Southdale, but they must have a contingency plan. Anders doesn't like being out there on the floor, but he will have to deal with it. Anders will learn that life doesn't always go the way we want it to go.
We have hit a wall. We are drained. Anders progress is slow. I can't speak for Anna, but it feels like I'm a frog in warm water. The temperature is slowly being increased. Soon I will be boiling and not even know it.
Anna tried putting a maternal guilt trip on him to get him to eat more. It seemed to work for a while, but then he just sort of fell asleep.
I am headed to Decorah for the weekend tomorrow after his 3 pm feeding. I plan to be back on Sunday for his 3 pm feeding. So, I'm taking the weekend off from blogging. I'll be back Sunday night or Monday.
Be Well.
Jon
