Anders broke the six pound barrier. He now weighs 6lbs 1oz. He got off potassium today and now is on half as much sodium. I have Anders a bath. He liked this one much more than his last one. The nurse showed me how to clean in his neck rolls. Old skin and grime fell out like scales! He was just sitting there, lounging, enjoying the warm water.
Tomorrow, Anders may become a bit less of a man. That's right, time for his circumcision. Rounding tomorrow. Dr. William K. Reuben will do the honors. I can't help but think of that old Saturday Night Live car commercial parody from the 1970s about the car that rides so smooth that a moil can perform a circumcision in it. I watch a lot of TV.
Anders was pretty funny today in general, his grandparents, Anna, and I enjoyed him. He was just havin' fun out there!
