10 10 Good Buddy

Another doctor's visit 2 days after the last one proved a blessing in disguise as Anders sounded a bit congested overnight.
His lungs are clear. It's just a bit of nasal congestion. Doctor Lepi is not worried.
Anders is up to 10lbs 10oz! The asterisk here is that they weighed him with his clothes on.
Doctor Lepi showed a growth chart with his steep curve. If anything, he would like to see him gain weight less quickly now that he is off the diuril. Diuril dried him out, so now there is a greater chance of gaining water weight.
Some of his increased spit up could be the change in formula. Changing a baby's formula can cause all sorts of digestive quirks.
In summary, I am much less worried about him after visiting the doctor. Aside from a bit of congestion, the other small changes can be attributed to going off diuril and changing formula.
We can take him in and have him weighed any time we want for free. We don't have another doctor's appointment until the middle of January in Columbus and we don't go back to Holzer in Athens until the middle of February.
Oh, almost forgot. The real reason for Anders' visit was more immunizations. Whooping Cough, etc. He had two shots. The second one hurt him more than the first. Yet, he seemed to handle both quite well. Anders is quite tough when it comes to shots. The nurses also thought his legs were looking big and muscular.
He is sleeping now in his carrier, but will wake up soon so I better do a few chores in preparation.
All in all, good news, good day.
Plus, Mom comes in tonight and Uncle Fred comes in tomorrow morning if they can make it through Chicago on their planes and trains, respectively. It should be a nice visit. Can't say we're "super prepared" though, in the words of TV's Barry Zuckercorn (Henry Winkler).
