Anders Turns Over

Anders turned over this morning! I went in to feed him and he was on his stomach. He was even doing some self-directed tummy time. Then I turned him over, congratulated him, and he totally lost it. Tears were streaming, he was beet red, and it took minutes to calm him down. It was a big milestone on his four month corrected birthday.
We went for a walk this afternoon. Anders wore his bear suit. It's still way too big for him, except in his arms. His arms are close to fitting in the suit.
Anders is also eating very well today. He took his full feeding three times in a row, then almost a full feeding the next two. Anna is feeding him now. Today we stopped writing down his feedings. Playing against type, Anna prevailed upon me to stop worrying and let Anders eat what he will eat and not worry so much. I am going to have a tough time letting the recording go.
Anders had a really great day. He even met our neighbor who introduces herself to us each time we meet. We have lived here for nearly four years. Every time she sees us, she asks us if we just moved into the neighborhood, which she did again today. Without asking about the sex, she started using the "she" pronoun for Anders. That was a first.
