I think Anders might destroy the hanging banana and toucan hanging above him on the "Precious Planet" jumparoo. It's good to get video of it while still whole. Child 2 will have a diminished jumparoo. So far Anders has not been hard on this toys outside of this one, but I imagine that will pick up as he starts crawling. This morning he again rolled and wiggled out of the living room perimeter. I had to shut the basement door, just in case. We are going to have to decide what to do about Trudy's litter box, which currently resides in the basement. We will not be able to have the door to the basement open, but Trudy will need to be able to do her business.
Anna is going to a wine tasting a vineyard after work today, so it will be just Anders and me again until the early evening.
I'm going to grill some pork tenderloins for us (me). I think we will go on a shorter walk than yesterday when we probably traversed half of Athens. We went from the Currier Street entrance to the bike path down to the Richland Avenue bridge, then back through uptown and home. I did it in part because Anders was sleeping so well along the bike path. He woke up as we approached Richland Ave. and took everything in from there on home including much traffic and many sunbathers.
In DC, people go Maya Lin's artwork to remember the Vietnam War, in Athens they head to her artwork to sunbath--different strokes for different cities.
