I forgot to mention this...Anders was wearing a yellow baby version of the hospital gown. Well, this morning, he had Anna put on his socks and shoes. Then he started saying "bye, bye." Anna then tried to take his shoes off, but he would not let her! When the doctor was debating whether or not to release Anders, Anna told him the story. Anders probably would have been released anyway, but this sentiment certainly helped his cause.
